Aluminum Die Casting
High-pressure die cast parts in ADC12 and A380, polished, lacquer-coated or powder-coated, cast and finished in-house.
Runpeng Precision Hardware manufactures custom aluminum die casting parts — and the CNC machining, stamping, extrusion and finishing that complete them — under one roof in Shenzhen and Dongguan. Send us a drawing and one engineering team reviews it across all five processes before quoting.

High-pressure die cast parts in ADC12 and A380, polished, lacquer-coated or powder-coated, cast and finished in-house.

Milled and turned parts in aluminum and stainless steel, including anodized and powder-coated aluminum components.

Aluminum and stainless steel stamping parts, deep-drawn components and sheet metal fabrication in AL6061/6063.

Custom extrusion profiles, 6061/6063 heatsinks, extruded enclosures, pipes and door & window profiles to your design.

ABS and PP injection-moulded parts, plastic enclosures, game cases and logo'd custom plastic parts as mating components.

Zinc alloy die casting for smaller, detail-rich parts, produced by the same die casting division as our aluminum range.
Most custom metal parts do not live in a single process. A die cast housing gets CNC-machined sealing faces, a stamped cover, an extruded heatsink and a plastic cap — and when each step sits in a different factory, tolerances, finishes and lead times stop matching. Runpeng was built the other way around: founded in 1994, the company added its mould and stamping division in 1996 and its die casting division in 2003, so mould design, die casting, stamping, CNC machining, CNC punching and plastic injection parts are planned together from the first drawing review.
That structure changes what a quote means. When our engineers review your part, they check whether a feature is cheaper cast than machined, whether a stamped bracket can replace a machined one, and whether the finish you specified survives the process before it. You receive one DFM review, one quality standard — checked on equipment that includes a CMM coordinate measuring machine — and one shipment, instead of coordinating four suppliers against each other.
Everything in our range starts as a customer drawing: custom A380 and ADC12 die castings, custom aluminum CNC parts, custom extrusions cut and finished to design, custom enclosures in both aluminium and ABS. The product names in this site say it plainly — nearly every one begins with the word Custom. That is also why there is no fixed minimum order quantity in our policy: the factory publicly supports flexible small-batch trial production, so a pilot run and a production run follow the same route through the same tooling.
Exporting since 2007, the factory serves customers in the aerospace, automotive, robotics, medical and electronics industries — stated at industry level, because specific customer programmes stay confidential. What we can show every new buyer is the process evidence on this page: the alloys we cast, the finishes we run, and the inspection equipment on the floor.
You do not need a perfect specification to start. Send a 2D drawing or a STEP file, the material grade you have in mind — ADC12 and A380 for castings, 6061/6063 for extrusions and sheet, SS303/SS304 for stainless machining — the quantity range and the surface finish. Our team replies with manufacturability notes first and a quotation second, so you learn early whether wall sections, draft, undercuts or finish choices will drive cost. If a feature is better produced by a different process than the one you assumed, we will say so and quote that route instead.
Programmes here share one skeleton whatever the process: a drawing review that routes each component to its best process, tooling where the process needs it, production under one quality system, finishing as specified, and CMM-backed inspection before release. Two habits keep programmes healthy. First, state volumes honestly — trial, first year, lifetime — because tooling and routing decisions hang on them, and a programme quoted on fantasy volumes is mispriced in both directions. Second, keep one channel for changes: drawing revisions sent with a note about what changed functionally let production re-plan operations and inspection in one pass.
Buyers transferring existing work should say so at enquiry. A proven part with tooling, a part needing new tooling, and a part being re-specified from a sample are three different projects with three different first steps, and the review will name which one you have before quoting anything.
Tell us the material grade, quantity and finish you need for your die casting or machining project. Our engineers review every drawing for die casting, machining or stamping feasibility before quoting — no obligation.
