The injection range leads with enclosures and cases: an ABS plastic enclosure product, a custom plastic game case, and general ABS/PP parts. That is the natural centre of gravity for plastic in a metal-parts factory — housings for electronics, instruments and consumer devices whose internals, heatsinks and frames are metal. If your product needs a plastic shell, this range was built for it.
A game case evidences a further point: consumer-facing finish. A case is handled, seen and judged by its surface, so its presence in the range signals cosmetic moulding capability — consistent surfaces and logo work (custom parts with logos are also listed) rather than purely industrial parts.
Plastic wins on insulation, weight, integrated features (snap-fits, living hinges in PP, moulded bosses) and unit cost at volume. Metal wins on shielding, heat spreading, stiffness and premium feel. This factory manufactures both — extruded aluminum enclosures and sheet fabrications on the metal side — so an enclosure enquiry here gets a genuine comparison instead of a foregone conclusion. Many products end up hybrid: metal frame or heatsink, plastic shell — a combination this plant can produce as one set.
Send the equipment dimensions and the environment (heat, moisture, impact, appearance class). The review recommends a route and prices it; if the hybrid is best, the parts are sampled against each other.
Provide internal dimensions or the board stack it must contain, wall and mounting expectations (bosses, inserts, snap features), material preference (ABS/PP per this range), colour and logo requirements, and quantities. State any mating metal parts — especially if they are also quoted here — so fits are planned once, correctly. Trial mouldings are supported under the factory's flexible order policy.
Injection parts programmes stay healthy on two habits. First, sample against the real mating parts: a plastic enclosure proves itself on the actual metal housing it closes over, not on a bench alone, and in this factory those metal counterparts are frequently produced in the next division. Second, freeze colour, logo and surface expectations at first article — moulded appearance is a tooling-and-process outcome, and aligning it after production begins is slower and dearer than aligning it at sampling.
Buyers transferring an existing part should say so at enquiry. A part with an existing mould, a part needing a new mould, and a part being re-specified from a sample are three different projects with three different first steps, and the review will name which one you have before quoting anything.
Tell us the material grade, quantity and finish you need for your custom plastic enclosures. Our engineers review every drawing for die casting, machining or stamping feasibility before quoting — no obligation.
