The quality claims on this page are the factory's own: ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification, and a CMM coordinate measuring machine on the equipment list. Certificates are available upon request.

The factory states it plainly: 'We have the ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications.' IATF 16949 is the automotive quality standard, and holding it alongside ISO 9001 signals a system built for documented, repeatable production — the kind automotive and equipment buyers audit for. Consistent with the factory's own practice, this site names the certifications without publishing certificate numbers or issuing bodies; the certificates themselves are available upon request, which is how a serious buyer should obtain them anyway — directly, current, and verifiable.
One system covers all five processes. A mixed assembly — cast, machined, stamped, moulded — is inspected under the same procedures and records, rather than five process islands with five standards of evidence.
Dimensional verification runs on a CMM coordinate measuring machine listed in the factory's equipment. At drawing review, the dimensions that govern fit and function are agreed as critical characteristics; the inspection plan is built around them, and first articles and production batches are verified against them. This is the mechanism behind the word 'precision' wherever it appears on this site: measured, recorded, repeatable.
Buyers with specific inspection documentation requirements — dimensional reports, material documentation — should state them in the enquiry so they are built into the quotation and the production plan from the start, not reconstructed afterwards.
