Automotive Work, Stated at the Right Strength

Basis · Industry Served

This page claims what the factory itself claims — automotive is among the industries it serves — and no more: no vehicle programmes, no customer names, no parts photographed on cars. That restraint is deliberate and, for automotive buyers, familiar: supply relationships in this industry are confidential by default. What can be evidenced publicly is the infrastructure automotive work requires, starting with the quality certification: the factory states ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification, the automotive quality standard, with certificates available upon request.

Around that anchor, the relevant processes are the ones automotive buys in volume: stamping for brackets, covers and structural sheet parts; aluminum die casting for housings and components; CNC machining for precision interfaces in aluminum and stainless steel.

What Automotive Buyers Should Probe

Due Diligence · Questions

Serious automotive sourcing is a due-diligence exercise, and this page is written to be probed. Ask for the certificates — they are provided on request, as the factory states. Ask about inspection: the equipment list includes a CMM, and critical dimensions are planned at drawing review. Ask about tooling ownership and maintenance: the mould division has built and held tooling in-house since 1996, which is where long-programme stability comes from. Ask about repeatability across years: stamping and casting programmes here are structured as tooling-plus-production relationships designed to repeat.

The answers that cannot be given publicly — specific programme references — can be discussed in the enquiry process under appropriate confidentiality. That is the normal automotive pattern, and this factory follows it.

Starting an Automotive Enquiry

RFQ · Route

Send drawings with the material and finish specifications as approved on your side, target volumes by phase, and your quality documentation requirements. The review responds with process routing, tooling and unit pricing, and the inspection approach for your critical characteristics. Trial production under the no-fixed-MOQ policy supports validation batches before production commitment.

Engineering Notes — Working With This Factory

Process Notes

Programmes here share one skeleton whatever the process: a drawing review that routes each component to its best process, tooling where the process needs it, production under one quality system, finishing as specified, and CMM-backed inspection before release. Two habits keep programmes healthy. First, state volumes honestly — trial, first year, lifetime — because tooling and routing decisions hang on them, and a programme quoted on fantasy volumes is mispriced in both directions. Second, keep one channel for changes: drawing revisions sent with a note about what changed functionally let production re-plan operations and inspection in one pass.

Buyers transferring existing work should say so at enquiry. A proven part with tooling, a part needing new tooling, and a part being re-specified from a sample are three different projects with three different first steps, and the review will name which one you have before quoting anything.
